Si oui, c&#8217;est le livre parfait.<\/p>\n<p>Avant tout, j&#8217;aime beaucoup deux choses: le format du livre, carr\u00e9, qui se glisse dans le sac au besoin (vous savez peut-\u00eatre que j&#8217;ai tendance \u00e0 lire deux livres en m\u00eame temps, un dans mes trajets en bus, et l&#8217;autre \u00e0 la maison; celui-ci est parfait pour mes lectures dans les transports); il est accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;un CD !!! Pratique, je l&#8217;ai mis sur mon lecteur MP3 et ainsi je peux \u00e9galement l&#8217;\u00e9couter o\u00f9 bon me semble. J&#8217;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup aim\u00e9 le principe avec son livre &#8220;<strong>Oui, je peux !<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;appr\u00e9cie le fait de ne pas \u00eatre point\u00e9e du doigt et culpabilis\u00e9e pour les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives qui peuvent traverser mon esprit. Car oui, la pens\u00e9e positive on y croit ou on y croit pas. On peut se dire que c&#8217;est bizarre, que c&#8217;est de la foutaise. J&#8217;avoue qu&#8217;il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, lorsque mon amie Ali m&#8217;a dit qu&#8217;elle pratiquait cela tous les jours devant son miroir je me suis dit &#8220;wow, c&#8217;est vraiment \u00e9trange de se parler \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame en se regardant droit dans les yeux et en se disant des choses comme &#8220;je suis belle&#8221;&#8221; alors je ne bl\u00e2merai absolument personne pour penser la m\u00eame chose.<br \/>\nToday, I know it works because I &lt;em&gt;experienced&lt;\/em&gt; it. Ensuite, elle nous explique comment les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives peuvent affect\u00e9es notre vie dans ce domaine. Puis elle nous propose une suite d&#8217;exercices \u00e0 faire afin de modifier notre fa\u00e7on de pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative pour la transformer en positif, ainsi que de nous lib\u00e9rer. Et enfin, elle reprend chacune des \u00e9motions de la liste du d\u00e9but et les contre-balance avec une affirmation positive (chaque fois que vous avez la pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative, arr\u00eatez-vous dessus un moment et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez-vous son \u00e9quivalent en positif; \u00e0 force d&#8217;entra\u00eenement, cela deviendra automatique et la pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative sera ray\u00e9e de votre esprit).<\/p>\n<p>Je vous d\u00e9conseille d&#8217;\u00e9crire directement sur votre livre car vous pourrez \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 refaire les exercices plusieurs fois donc n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 recopier la liste sur une feuille \u00e0 part, dans votre journal si vous en tenez un etc.<\/p>\n<p>Une bonne nouvelle n&#8217;arrive jamais seule !!!
