Je fais partie de ces personne qui n’arrivent pas \u00e0 laisser le crayon filer sur le papier sans avoir un certain contr\u00f4le sur ce qui se trace… Je travaille dessus, car c’est important et cela permettrait \u00e0 mon cerveau gauche de s’exprimer librement.<\/p>\n

Hier soir, je ne me sentais pas bien sans savoir pourquoi, comme envahie par une tristesse venue de nulle part. C’est alors que Ch\u00e9ri me demande si je veux qu’il me montre ce qu’il faisait lorsqu’il \u00e9tait plus jeune et qui le d\u00e9tendait beaucoup.<\/p>\n

C’est simple: on cr\u00e9\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re forme, peu importe laquelle et peu importe o\u00f9 sur la feuille. Ensuite, on “colle” une autre forme en suivant une partie des contours, et ainsi de suite. Ce qui fait une sorte de puzzle g\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n

Alors j’ai sorti mon journal, et j’ai commenc\u00e9… embo\u00eetant au fur et \u00e0 mesure les formes dans les autres. Je me suis d\u00e9tendue et me suis fix\u00e9e pour but de ne pas r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce que je faisais, \u00e0 ne pas chercher l’esth\u00e9tisme, mais juste faire pour faire. Je ne sais pas combien de temps cela m’a pris, mais quand j’ai vu la page ainsi, j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu’elle me plaisait et que je ne voulais pas la remplir int\u00e9gralement.<\/p>\n

J’ai color\u00e9 en bleu la t\u00e2che de d\u00e9part via photoshop (en vrai elle est encore vide dans mon journal). Quand j’aurais suffisamment de temps devant moi je colorierai le tout. Mais je ne sais pas encore par quel m\u00e9dium (pastels gras, crayons aquarellables ou autre) ?!<\/p>\n

Je suis fi\u00e8re d’avoir r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 me lib\u00e9rer des contraintes que je m’inpose !<\/p>\n

Dans le titre j’ai appel\u00e9 \u00e7a “mandoodle” car \u00e7a me fait penser au mandala qui part d’un point central en allant petit \u00e0 petit vers l’ext\u00e9rieur, et au doodle qui est le fait de laisser sa main glisser pour faire des formes sans y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/p>\n
