Pour en savoir plus, lisez mon <a href=\"http:\/\/inner-voices.net\/fr\/2009\/10\/27\/jintroduis-un-nouveau-rituel-gratitude-friday\/\" target=\"_blank\">post d&#8217;introduction<\/a>.<\/span><\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<p>Coucou !<\/p>\n<p>Je trouve qu&#8217;il est parfois plus facile de rester dans la complainte et les sentiments n\u00e9gatifs qu&#8217;autre chose (vieux travers qui revient parfois en courant); c&#8217;est alors que je d\u00e9cide de secouer tout \u00e7a et de regarder autour de moi pour trouver ces petites choses qui me remplissent de joie, pour les appr\u00e9cier pleinement.<br \/>\nC&#8217;est alors un revirement \u00e9motionnel super puissant !<\/p>\n<p>Cette semaine, je suis reconnaissante pour:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Mes amies. Celles qui me connaissent par coeur et m&#8217;aiment malgr\u00e9 tout. Celles qui restent \u00e0 mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s, peu importe ce que la vie met entre nous (distance et autre).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Les marches quotidiennes avec Mamounette (quand le temps le permet).<\/li>\n<li>La cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles peintures, aimer ce que je fais. Ce sentiment qui me murmure bruyamment \u00ab<em>Tu es faite pour cela (de toute fa\u00e7on)<\/em>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pathtowellness.com.au\/cacao-balls\/\" target=\"_blank\">Raw Bliss Cacao Balls<\/a>, ces truffes crues au cacao, dattes, noix et noix de coco. Pr\u00e9par\u00e9es deux fois cette semaine.<\/li>\n<li>Catching up avec Nancy, sous la pluie battante.<\/li>\n<li>La nouvelle coupe de cheveux de Grenouille.<\/li>\n<li>Cuisiner.<\/li>\n<li>Le Reiki.<\/li>\n<li>Les nouvelles id\u00e9es qui germent et prennent forme.
