L\u2019Obscurit\u00e9 a rempli mon coeur et il fut vraiment difficile de resortir la t\u00eate de l\u2019eau. Je ne combats plus, mais ne dois pas non plus me laisser envahir. Je sais que ces p\u00e9riodes ont leur objectif, mais ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas cool pour mes proches non plus. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Willow, Nixie by Nolwenn Petitbois\" style=\"border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; float: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; margin-right: auto\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Willow, Nixie by Nolwenn Petitbois\" src=\"https:\/\/farm4.staticflickr.com\/3914\/14993907705_31a87c7cf4.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cette semaine, je suis donc reconnaissante pour:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les personnes qui m\u2019ont tendu la main et ont pris de mes nouvelles <\/li>\n<li>Le fait d\u2019\u00e9crire \u00e0 nouveau dans mon journal <\/li>\n<li>Le pouvoir des pierres pr\u00e9cieuses<\/li>\n<li>Le soulagement et la communion que m\u2019offre la pri\u00e8re (\u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on)<\/li>\n<li>Les symboles qui r\u00e9sonnent en moi <\/li>\n<li>Les bains tr\u00e8s longs et tr\u00e8s chauds, m\u00eame au milieu de la journ\u00e9e&#160; <\/li>\n<li>Finalement me bouger le fufu pour lancer ma classe bient\u00f4t&#160; <\/li>\n<li>Ne pas abandonner, m\u00eame lorsque c\u2019est vraiment tr\u00e8s tentant<\/li>\n<li>Me r\u00e9veiller, vivante, chaque matin <\/li>\n<li>Le soleil. et la Lune.<\/li>\n<li>DDP Yoga avec Ch\u00e9ridoo<\/li>\n<li>Le simple fait de connecter avec les autres, surtout les jours o\u00f9 je veux juste \u00eatre seule dans le noir. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et vous ?
