Il y a quelques jours, j’ai rempli mon Journal Cr\u00e9atif d’images que j’avais en t\u00eate, des trucs tout simples, griffonn\u00e9s au crayon \u00e0 papier…<\/p>\n

Puis est apparue… la Baleine. D’o\u00f9 elle sort ? Aucune id\u00e9e. Mais elle voulait se trouver sur mon papier, donc je l’ai laiss\u00e9 s’y glisser.<\/p>\n

\"I<\/a><\/p>\n

J’\u00e9tais persuad\u00e9e ne jamais r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 dessiner une Baleine… et finalement elle n’est pas parfaite mais on devine que c’est une Baleine et non pas un dauphin (par exemple).<\/p>\n

Il n’y a pas de ciel et c’est volontaire. Aucun sens cach\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver, c’est juste que je n’avais pas envie de charger la page avec encore plus de bleu \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

\"I<\/a><\/p>\n

J’aime associer les mots \u00e0 mes images et souvent c’est juste un titre, une phrase qui me vient.<\/p>\n

\"Animal<\/a>Apr\u00e8s l’avoir termin\u00e9e, j’ai cherch\u00e9 dans le livre Animal Speak<\/strong><\/a>, (connu par le biais de Leah<\/a> qui en parlait il y a quelques temps maintenant) ce que Ted Andrews, l’auteur, disait de ce mammifaire marin.<\/p>\n

Et l\u00e0, \u00e9videmment, ce fut le choc ! La Baleine repr\u00e9sente la Cr\u00e9ation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"I<\/a>Sur la page d’\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, que j’avais laiss\u00e9e blanche afin d’y noter mes r\u00e9flexions sur cet animal, j’ai donc recopi\u00e9 quelques passages du livre afin de m’en souvenir. Entre autres la question “Gardez-vous tout \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur, \u00e9tant effray\u00e9 de le laisser sortir ?” hmm no comment.<\/p>\n

L’auteur nous fait \u00e9galement nous interrogez. Est-ce que je ne fais que mim\u00e9tiser ce que les autres ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 avant moi, ou est-ce que je construis par-dessus d’une mani\u00e8re nouvelle et plus dynamique ?<\/p>\n

Si vous \u00eates int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les Animaux totems, leurs symboles etc. Je vous conseille tr\u00e8s vivement cet excellent livre (en anglais).<\/p>\n

Donc maintenant, je vais travailler sur ma peur de laisser sortir ce qui se nourrit en moi (non, pas un Troll !), ma Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre mise en forme concr\u00e8tement, et non pas seulement des id\u00e9es \u00e9parses dans mon esprit. Pas pour plaire aux gens, mais parce qu’elle fait partie de ma Vie, de mon \u00eatre et que pour ma sant\u00e9 mentale c’est beaucoup mieux si j’arr\u00eate enfin de tout enfouir profond\u00e9ment, comme si c’\u00e9tait honteux.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
