This week, Jamie asks us what do you wish for your well-being ?

↝ I wish to keep working out, but on a more regular basis. My goal ? working out 20 minutes per day, five days per week, every week.
↝ I wish to quit Nutella… yup. This is a public break-up announcement: I won’t eat spoonful of Nutella anymore; even if I am frustrated, even if I am sad, even if I am bored. No more compulsive eating in my life !
↝ I wish to eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits everyday. It’s so much easier in Summertime… I wish to find a way to do it during the four seasons, not only in Spring and Summer.
↝ I wish to enjoy every second of my Life, even the harder ones.
↝ I realized that my own well-being is also powered by helping others in their own struggle, so I wish to have the possibility to help more and more people who wants to, and to be guided in my path.
↝ I wish to continue and finish the writing process of my book, I wish the Universe will help me through it as I don’t know how to make it concrete. I wish it will be published one day.
↝ I wish to help people thanks to Gratitude.
↝ I wish to create as much as I want, as it’s a real healing process for me. Get passed the fears I face regarding my art (I was writing “heart” instead of “art”…)
↝ Last but not least, I wish to be escorted by a Mentor. Creative, Spiritual. Someone who believes in me, someone I trust, someone who will guide me in my Truth but will know how to let me do it on my own. Dear Universe, please hear my Wish; I know you have plenty of positive things in your pockets for me, I trust you and even if I don’t know these things yet, I know it’s for my well-being: I have faith in you, please have faith in me.

This is quite a HUGE wish today, but I wish all this with my whole entire HEART.

Yesterday was one of those day when everything goes wrong. Every single thing.
I won’t list all these things as it 1) will bother you 2) will just serve in thinking again about it and move the bad energies.

I tried to let go, to think and feel “it’s just a bad day, I can change it the way I want it to be” but it didn’t work. I realize that I didn’t really believe it can be another way. When it’s like that, I don’t fight against the bad vibe, I just let it as it is because I know it’s temporary but trust me: I just wanted to curl up alone in bed and wake up today, wanted the day to end as quick as possible ! I’m surprised I didn’t cry at all, as it’s how my body expresses all his feelings.

And then… I went to Connie‘s dedicated space for people who signed up for her BIG workshop and read one, then two beautiful messages she left me. My mood instantly shifted as I felt the love and her huge positive energy.

I wanted to write all this yesterday night but things made that I couldn’t, I had a lot to say and now that I slept on it, I forgot.
But the most important thing is that thanks to Connie, I passed through a creative block I faced regarding my Art Journal page for today By the 4 winds‘ project. The theme was “DREAM”… and I struggled a lot, my mojo was in inlimited vacation until I read these messages from Connie. The eye came in my mind with this sentence “be fearless about your BIG dreams !“. And that was it… what I needed when I needed it. I love synchronicity !!!!

Today is a MUCH better day. And I hmmmm Sia’s song “the church of what’s happening now” as I love what she expresses in it, it’s so true. Hello Lovelies !

By the 4 winds is a project I do with other women in our Journals. One subject, several points of view. If you want to know more about it, go there.

This week, theme #4 was really good: DREAM.

I was really excited by it… but I have no idea why I felt a so huge block when I was in front of my page. I don’t like it at all. It looks like it’s not finished so I think I’ll go further later on.

I wanted colours, lots of colours. I love swirls, I make them a lot in my artwork, and for me it’s meditational and symbolizes a lot of different things, and Dream is one of the things it makes me think of. I also had clouds in mind but they didn’t come out on my page.
There are two “journaling” texts: the first says “Dreams DO come true” and the other one “Be fearless about your BIG dreams”. And this one came right after a message written by wonderful Connie of Dirty Footprints Studio, she welcomed me on her space dedicated to her BIG workshop and it was absolutely what I needed at this precise moment.
The eye came at last… and as I look to my page now it’s done, I see this eyes as my intention (dream) to see what cannot be seen with the eyes, to pierce mysteries.

Bouuuuuh it’s already 8:34am and I’m just writing this, sorry… Yesterday was officially the first afternoon of Summer Vacations for my Girls so we celebrated with a walk on the beach
Aaaah I miss living just a few blocks away from it, but it’s life and we have choices to make, so no regrets.

This week, I’m very grateful for the warm and sunny weather. It changes everything to be able to go outside before the night falls on us.

Thank you for the Creative Juice I experienced during the week. I finished two paintings and started two smaller one for a serie that is floating in my mind for quite a long time now…
I’ll show and tell you more about these soon, stay tuned !

Thank you so much Kelly Rae Roberts and all the participants (both the people who are students like me,that people who accepted to be interviewed by Kelly for this ecourse) of Flying Lessons. It’s absolutely what I needed. I feel empowered, I feel strong, I feel overwhelmed. So much info, so much great people, pfiouuu be prepared: I’m nurturing something for you and hope it’ll be what you need and what you like ! I’m so glad I was able to join it NOW.

Today will be my older daughter first ever graduation: she’s so excited to wear a graduation costume etc, thank you she has this little moment in her scolar life that tell her “you do great, continue”. It does not exist in France and I think it’s really a pity.

And as  I wished to have fun during these Summer Vacations… I put this intent every morning before I get up from bed

This week Wishcasting Wednesday seems lighter than usual but it’s important to have fun and enjoy the life, as simply as it is sometimes.

The first thing I thought of was that I wish to always have fun professionally, I wish to have fun in the learning process; even in the not-so-fun part of being self-employed: marketing, accountability and so on. But it’s part of the job and i want it to be a pleasure no matter what !

I wish to always live my creative business life in a funny  & pleasant, I don’t want it to be a chore.

And on a lighter tone, my Trollettes (daughters) will be in Summer Vacations tomorrow. Friday, it will be the first Graduation party of my older one (she’ll be 5 in august), she can’t wait to have the graduation uniform and most of all, to go to kindergarten (if I understand clearly the North American scolar system, that is SO different from the French one that we feel lost and overwhelm with the names and how it actually works). So I wish to have fun during these looooong vacations, that my girls are not so excited about as they love being at school very very much, despite the fact we are not going anywhere this summer.

Today’s blogpost is not long but sometimes it’s also good to let go and not wanting to do ‘too much’.
