Welcome on a new edition of my weekly ritual, Gratitude Friday (if you are not familiar with it, please go read how it came up and what it is about).
I am writing this a bit on the late side today, from my husband’s workplace where I was able to use the gym (yes… one of the perks of his job). We are trying to see how we could make it work for me to come once a week (if you have kiddos you know it is difficult to juggle when you need to be there before 3pm when they come back from school).
I spent the day in the city, by myself. It is something that does not happen often, especially with my lack of orientation skills. I went to my fav local metaphysical/self-help store for a couple hours, then ate some japanese food and wandered on one of the good shopping street before meeting my husband to come to his job. My body is screaming in pain but my mind is so proud for today. I did it !
This week, I am thankful for:
