This Month, I try to create a little something everyday, following Leah’s idea. It’s a good month, in my opinion, with Christmas on the corner, to do something everyday. It allows me to keep the flow going and I realize that because I create something nearly everyday, inspiration comes more easily.

I don’t put pressure on me, and it also helps a lot ! Just have fun. It’s my new leitmotiv 😉

I bought some new amazing books past week-end… and decided I should list all the books I have started to read but did not finish, and those I have but didn’t read yet.

I didn’t want a basic list but I didn’t want to wait for paint to dry either.

So I used my Neocolor II (what would I be without it ?!) for the background, and four different watercolour inks.

I really love blowing this ink to make some awsome designs. They blend with each others and create new colors. WoWWWW.

And then, I just listed the books I want to read 🙂 I am pretty sure I forgot some but it’s not important because I can add it later.

Do you often think of what you did wrong in the Past ? And “what if” it ?
I used to do it. a. lot. Really.
Imagining what my life could be if I went in this direction instead of this one, if I continued to study psychology and pass the final exam after years and years at the University, what if… what if…
And when I was not revisiting my Past, I had the tendency to project myself in the Future. What will it be like ? Will I be happy ? What will I do for a living ? and so many questions that blocked me.

Today, I have the detachment necessary to fully appreciate the NOW.

I am not fond of all the Carpe Diem thing because I think people tend to use it carelessly and do reckless things just “in case I die tomorrow”. It’s not the meaning I want for Carpe Diem.

The Alchemy of Manifestation Workshop I attended reminded me of this aspect of my life I want to follow: love the Now, no matter what was the Past and be confident regarding the Future.
And being grateful is directly linked with it, in my opinion. Because when I am thankful, I am fully and totally apreciating the NOW moment of my everyday life.

Don’t you ? Yes you do. There is at least one tiny fact that made you smile this week. Look deeper. Trust me. It is there.

This week, I am thankful for..:

✿ The clothes gave by an educator at my daughters’ preschool, without asking anything else back that their happiness and their success.

✿ Several Strangers smiled at me while I was walking in the Street, sincerely and warm. Then, I realized they were smiling back at me, I had a big smile on my face and I didn’t was aware of it.

✿ The catching-up lunch I had with Nathalie on Thursday. It opened my eyes: even if we live close to each other, even if we don’t see each other as often as before (we created jewels together a few months ago), she is my friend. And we’re always pleased to meet and catch-up 🙂

✿ Conversations I have with my wonderful Soul-sister Sophie (can I call you that ?), the fact that she always has trust in me (more than I do, indeed). I am grateful for the question she asked for me to her Guide, and for the answer her Guide gave for me. I am thankful to have her in my life again.

✿ I am really grateful for living in a big city that has an awsome library network. Thanks to it, I can borrow a lot of books in different subjects. This week, I borrowed again a Japanese cooking book I can’t afford yet, a book to know more about healing through the Human Energy Field (adviced by Sophie ;)). And some DVDs for the Trollettes, some books for them…

Despite everything, Life is Blissful 🙂

PS: today is a Friday 13rd, make it a good good day. When you’re eating your breakfast, or whatever moment of the day it is, feel it and think it as an awsome day. It will be what you want it to be.

This week, Jamie invites us to DARE !

What do I wish to dare, really ?
I wish to dare creating and animating my own workshops.
I wish to dare starting a WishBoard Circle in my city, Vancouver (Canada).
I wish to dare selling what I create.
I wish to dare embracing the Creative child in me everyday.

Because my Husband is shaking me, “you took a LOT of online workshops, but when will you finally teach yours ?! and when will you begin to sell your art ?”. And I don’t know what to answer… I guess I am just afraid…

Yesterday morning was “one of these mornings”. I had a really bad night, it was raining, greyish, my Trollettes were excited and not listening and a lot of negative thoughts made me feel really low and sad…

I have the chance to have the possibility to talk with my husband via gtalk while he is at work, so we are constantly “together”. He cheered me up and found the right words and pffffsshshh it was gone and my mood was up again.

I am often wondering about Friendship, it’s an area in my life I am not really at ease with. I won’t tell all my life since childhood here but I’m kind of fearful and have difficulty to trust; but on the other hand when I like someone and think the person could really be my friend I tend to become blind… and fall down sooner or later.

The few real friends, those persons I consider to be like my family all live in France. So it’s hard even if we catch up almost everyday thanks to the internet.

Yesterday, I was thinking a lot about this area I miss in my life, having girlfriends to hang out  with and so on… but as I said: I’m just blind in all ways possible. I have girlfriends 🙂 But i’m not a teenager anymore (thanks Goddess, because it was not the best years of my life AT ALL). I am a big Dreamer and I can be idealistic too (is it a word that exists in english ?).

Cheridoo (my husband; no it’s not his name lol) told me yesterday “your friends don’t have to be exactly like you on all subjects and hobbies and interests. you have this and that in common and that is what matters, doesn’t it ?”. And yes, it’s true. My friends do not have to have exactly the same hobbies that I love etc. And it’s what makes friendship beautiful and colourful…

After that pep talk with him, I felt the need to journal about it in my Moleskine. Because my Moleskine journal is dedicated to ME, even more than my Creative Journal that is most like a diary.

I am still searching my personal artistic style so I experiment different Trollettes (the girls I draw) face styles… The page has several background layers and you wouldn’t believe what it looked like at first 😉

After having finished this spread, I felt the sadness vanishing my Soul and my Heart, and felt relieved and lighter. It feels good now.

Making art can be a way to go beyond negativity and shift it positively 🙂

I try to create a little something everyday since November 1st but I am not able to show you what it is yet, because it may be a Christmas present 😉
