This week, Jamie asks us what do you wish for your well-being ?
↝ I wish to keep working out, but on a more regular basis. My goal ? working out 20 minutes per day, five days per week, every week.
↝ I wish to quit Nutella… yup. This is a public break-up announcement: I won’t eat spoonful of Nutella anymore; even if I am frustrated, even if I am sad, even if I am bored. No more compulsive eating in my life !
↝ I wish to eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits everyday. It’s so much easier in Summertime… I wish to find a way to do it during the four seasons, not only in Spring and Summer.
↝ I wish to enjoy every second of my Life, even the harder ones.
↝ I realized that my own well-being is also powered by helping others in their own struggle, so I wish to have the possibility to help more and more people who wants to, and to be guided in my path.
↝ I wish to continue and finish the writing process of my book, I wish the Universe will help me through it as I don’t know how to make it concrete. I wish it will be published one day.
↝ I wish to help people thanks to Gratitude.
↝ I wish to create as much as I want, as it’s a real healing process for me. Get passed the fears I face regarding my art (I was writing “heart” instead of “art”…)
↝ Last but not least, I wish to be escorted by a Mentor. Creative, Spiritual. Someone who believes in me, someone I trust, someone who will guide me in my Truth but will know how to let me do it on my own. Dear Universe, please hear my Wish; I know you have plenty of positive things in your pockets for me, I trust you and even if I don’t know these things yet, I know it’s for my well-being: I have faith in you, please have faith in me.
This is quite a HUGE wish today, but I wish all this with my whole entire HEART.
