Art Journaling is my saving grace. I grew so much from it and live seeing how my pages are different as time passes and how i evolve as a being.

I wanted to keep an art journal for many years. Finally about two months ago I just jumped in and gave it a go. I love it! I agree that helps us see how we are growing and changing. Thanks for sharing your page!
I love this… and wow, I did a bit of an intuitive painting today and a very familiar character showed up on the paper. Surprised the heck out of me.
Loved seeing this sweet little Nixie-to-be. Can’t wait to see her as she develops!
