Welcome on a new edition of my weekly ritual, Gratitude Friday (if you are not familiar with it, please go read how it came up and what it is about).
One day at a time. The first thing I do when I realize I am waking up in the morning is a simple short ritual: «Thank you I am still alive and get to live another day», then taking 3 deep breaths. It is something I know I can make space for. It is something meaningful to me, especially when I wake up achy, grumpy and all the other possible feelings.
