Last Sunday, we were invited by a couple of friends for a Christmas Brunch.
They recently buy their first home and I wanted to offer them something handmade.
So I thought a painting would be great. But then, the doubty-trolls came in my head: “and what if it’s not their style ?” “what if they don’t like it ?” and I let you complete all these sentences you probably already heard yourself…

I wanted something blue with some touches of pink (because pink is Nathou’s favourite colour). And then, just let the ideas come…
I used the technique tought by my dear friend Isa for the green stretches. I love doing that 😀
Another technique I almost always do, is the bleedings of acrylic ink. Here, they are simply used as a base for the flowers.
I think I’ll do a kind of “serie” on the same theme, because I really enjoyed doing it, and finally, despite the Fear, I am quite pleased with the final result !
