Today is a new video project for ColourArte 🙂 (please scroll all the way down for the complete list of the supplies I used for this painting).
You know that my first joy is painting. For this project, I wanted to show you how you can create a beautiful and colourful painting, in minimal steps but with such a wonderful finished piece.
It is okay to cheat now and then, and stencils are great when you want to skip the handrawing of an image. I used Donna Downey’s lotus stencil because this flower is really meaningful to me (so much that I actually have one incorporated in my Gratitude chest tattoo ;)) and I simply love the stencil for its effective simplicity.
