- Sticking to my 80 Day fitness + nutrition program (this is the end of end 4)
- Hot Epsom baths
- Books (currently reading Challenger Deep by Neal Shusterman)
- Creating and sharing videos on my Youtube channel
- Being in amazing groups of creative people from all over the world, who are learning and enjoying Mindy Lacefield’s classes.
- Having a support system
- The sun shining even when it’s so cold outside
- Efforts being made so we are happier
- Technology (phone, the internet… making me closer yet so far away)
