I kinda wish my guiding word for the new year would be shorter. I stopped looking for it, and it’s obviously when it hit me right in the guts. This is somehow how I know this is the one guiding word I actually need.
As I tell you in the video, it came to me when I was not searching anymore. Isn’t it funny that it’s when you finally let go of something that it pushes its way into your life?
I was in the car, thinking about how important to me getting my hair into palm-rolled locks this year was. And of course, that inner dialogue about “but what will people assume about you?” “will my kids and husband be impacted by this image I will reflect?” “is that a true good thing?” and so on.
A few ways I will honour my Soul Whisper:
- Marketing my art
- Sharing self-portraits
- Making more honest and regular vlogs
- Publishing more blog posts
- Sharing the struggles as well as the victories
- Creating whatever I feel called to
