Ahlala I got up late today, and also did my daughters -yes, waking up at 8am is late for them- so I’m a little behind to publish my Gratitude Friday, but we’re getting used to it, don’t we ? 😉
If you are new to the concept of Gratitude Friday, you can read more about it here.
This past few weeks, I opened my eyes on important discoveries about myself, from where I had to take some decisions.
Thanks to my participation in the Hay House Program, I read Dr Dyer’s book The Shift and watched the movie that goes along (you can read my review there).
It reminded me that I own another book he wrote, that my dear friend Sophie gave me a few years ago: The Power of Intention. I am currently reading it again, I take some notes as I read, to not forget what is important to me. I’ll come back in another article about one point that bothers me.
A few weeks ago, a revelation popped in my mind: I absolutely do not take care of me, as physically as spiritually. I have to change that, to take care of me to be able to take care of my family and of those who may need me. I want to be a healer, so I need to heal myself first (I don’t want the sentence “do what I say, not what I do” be applied to me).
What do you do to take care of you ? To take care as well of your body as your soul ?
I want to thank Dr Wayne Dyer for sharing his discoveries about our purpose, about how to make our life what we want it to be. It’s one thing to know, it’s another to share and I thank him for having taking the step to write books, to make lectures, movie in order to help people to positively evolve.
