Welcome to this new Gratitude Friday! Feel free to share with me your (partial or full) gratitude moments in the comments; that way I can hold joy for you ✿ (you know that makes me happy to make you happy).
Oh my gosh. It is crazy how each week is different when being the same too. Does it make sense?
As part of being Unapologetic as a guiding force, and thanks to the Six Moons School of Alena Hennessy, I feel more in power of my creative career. Rome was not built overnight, nor is my career. I believe I am finding ways of being seen, of showcasing what I do in better ways. I am seeing results, and it makes me happy.
This week, I am thankful for:
- My husband being my rockstar
- Being asked to be part of a cool new project, more info next week
- Having asked for what I need
- Daily creative practice
- Books, always
- Having finished a painting I was really excited about
- You, who read what I have to share and/or take some time to comment
- Sunshine
- P!no new album is out today!
- Loving cooking meals for my family
- Seeing my bullshit for what it is, and working on it
When P!nk first came out, I wasn’t a fan. But today, much of her music really hits home for me. Now, I love her!!
YES BOOKS!!! Always grateful for books.
A lot happened since she started her career, that’s for sure. I love her as a human being too, and that helps. Books are life 😀
What a cute video and lovely song. I’m grateful for you sharing that! I like the idea of having a weekly song, a summation of the week. Today I’m grateful for:
free time
my computer
a warm house on a blustery cold day
words
paints
pets
ham and pickles (lunch! Lol!)
It helps to have a song that sums up my week. I should make a playlist with them at the end of the year, LOL
Thanks for sharing your list with me, Sue.
That song kinda made my eyes leak a little and I liked it. Thanks for sharing it and your grateful list.
I’m grateful for you and all the bloggers on here.
I’m grateful for coming home and being able to plop in my recliner after being out doing errands.
I’m so thankful for my husband
And my books, my curiosity too.
Love to you, Jean <3
New P!nk???? Woot! This week I am thankful for family time, alone time and rain for the garden 🙂
When I wait a long time for new music from an artist, I am always very nervous, especially when years go by between albums. But Francine: this album does not disappoint! My 12yo and I are seeing her live in a few weeks and I guess I am even more excited than she is :S
I so love this gratitude post. I did one myself, though I don’t plan for it to be a weekly thing as you have, Monthly maybe. Its a good practice to get into.
I am grateful for love (in the form of my partner and my kid)
For the ability to drive and get where I need to go
For the strength in my body to do what I want to do
wow, heavier than I anticipated. I really feel the gratitude today. Thank you
I make it weekly, in the blog or not, because I tend to otherwise be overwhelmed by the negativity that compresses my mind. The Gremlins and all are very loud. Gratitude shuts them out.
Thank you for sharing your list, Kimi <3
